A packhouse lives on two numbers: what came in from each grower and what went out in export cartons. KiloSahihi weighs both on the scales already at the intake bay and the pack line, computes pack-out and rejects per grower and per lot, and keeps the trace an auditor or an importer asks for.

Intake by grower
The truck or pickup is weighed on the bridge, or crates are weighed on the intake platform. Each weight is recorded against the grower, the farm block and the variety, with the crate tare taken off automatically.

Quality at the door
Sample weights and QC results, dry matter for avocado, size and defect counts for mango and vegetables, are attached to the intake lot before it moves into the packhouse.

Grading and pack-out
Weighings on the grading and packing lines are captured per lot. Class 1, class 2, local market and rejects are weighed out, so pack-out and reject percentages per grower are facts, not estimates.

Cartons and pallets
Carton and pallet weights are captured at the pack station and checked against the declared net, so a 4 kg carton is a 4 kg carton on every pallet.

Cold room and dispatch
Pallets are weighed into the cold room and out onto the reefer, by lot and by order. The dispatch weight, the pallet count and the lot numbers go on the packing list.

Grower statements
Each grower's intake, pack-out, rejects and payable kilos for the season are on one statement, with payment from the same record.

Intake scales and weighbridge
Platform scales at the intake bay and the weighbridge at the gate, both read directly. Crate tares by crate type, so nobody subtracts by hand.
Lot and grower traceability
Every carton links back to a lot, a grower and a farm block. The trace GlobalG.A.P., importers and retailers ask for is a report, not a search through paper.
QC and sampling
Sample weights, dry matter, Brix, size and defect results recorded against the intake lot and shown on the grower statement.
Pack-out and reject reports
Pack-out percentage per grower, per variety and per line, rejects by reason, and the season view that tells you which growers to keep.
Labels and packing lists
Carton and pallet labels with lot, grower, variety, size and net weight, and packing lists that match what was weighed onto the truck.
ERP and exporter systems
Intake, pack-out and dispatch post to Sage, Dynamics 365, Odoo, SAP or an in-house system as they happen.
Works offline
Rural packhouses lose connectivity. Weighing carries on locally and syncs when the link is back.

Hass avocado for export needs the dry matter result tied to the lot, the pack-out by size count and the trace back to the grower. Mango and pineapple packhouses work the same way with Brix and size grades. French beans, snow peas and herbs are weighed in small crates many times a day, where a crate tare error is the difference between profit and loss. Flower farms weigh stems in and boxes out by variety and grade. The same intake, grading, dispatch and grower-statement cycle serves all of them; only the QC fields change.
