KiloSahihi is built in Nairobi by AEA Limited (Avery East Africa), which has supplied, installed and calibrated weighbridges and truck scales in Kenya for decades. The engineers who set the load cells and verify the bridge are the same team that commissions the software, so one call covers the whole weighbridge.

Who we are

Weighing hardware and software from one team

Most weighbridge software is written far from any weighbridge. KiloSahihi is not. It started as the software AEA needed to make the bridges it installs pay for themselves: no re-typed weights, no lost tickets and no surprises at reconciliation.

Today it runs manned and fully unmanned weighbridges, axle, multi-deck and rail bridges, bin and tank weighing, packhouses, fruit processing lines, grain mills and farmer collection centres, and posts every transaction to Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, SAP or an in-house system.

Support comes from the same people. When a load cell, an indicator or the software needs attention, it is one number and one visit.

What we build

Three apps, one record of every weighing

Weighbridge desktop app

Runs on the Windows PC at the bridge. Reads the indicator over serial or network, prints the ticket, drives cameras and barriers, and keeps weighing when the internet is down.

Web dashboard

Every station, bin and collection point in one place: live weighings, reports, exports, audit trail and the ERP posting queue.

Clerk mobile app

Android app for collection centres and field buying: Bluetooth scale, per-farmer records, SMS receipts and season payouts.

Installations and support run from Nairobi, Kenya. KiloSahihi is in use at more than a hundred weighing operations across the region, in English and Swahili.
