Cement
A cement plant weighs more trucks a day than almost any other site: limestone, gypsum, pozzolana and coal in, clinker between plants, bulk tankers and bagged trucks out against delivery orders. KiloSahihi runs the bridges manned or unmanned, matches every load to its order and posts each weighing to the ERP as it happens.
Dispatch
The order comes from the ERP with the customer, the product, the quantity and the transporter. The truck is expected before it arrives.
The empty truck is weighed in. With ANPR the plate is read, matched to the order and the barrier opens; without it the operator picks the order from the pending list.
Bags are loaded from the packer; bulk is loaded at the silo. The pending ticket stays open on the dashboard for the loading bay.
The loaded truck is weighed out. The net is checked against the order quantity and the bag count, and an over- or under-load is flagged before the truck leaves.
Axle weights are captured on axle bridges and gross vehicle mass is checked against the load limit, so the truck is not turned back at the road weighbridge.
The ticket prints with the order, the bag count, the weights and a photo. The delivery posts to SAP or Dynamics and the order is closed.
Plant and depots
Limestone, gypsum, pozzolana, coal and additives weighed in against supplier contracts, with moisture and quality deductions where you apply them.
Clinker out of the kiln plant and into the grinding plant, weighed at both ends and reconciled.
Delivery orders in, goods receipts and deliveries out, per ticket, with the ERP as the source of customers, products and transporters.
ANPR, barriers, traffic lights and driver kiosks run dispatch without an operator per lane, with the operator supervising from the office.
Tanker weighings by compartment where needed, with the bulk order matched to the silo loading point.
Every manual entry, edit and void recorded with who, when and why, and every weighing photographed.

Dispatch by product, customer, transporter and shift, intake by supplier, and reconciliation against production.
Each bridge runs on its own database and keeps weighing when the network or the ERP is down, then catches up.
Losses
Overloaded bagged trucks that leave with more bags than the order, bulk loads rounded up at the silo, raw material paid on a supplier's weight instead of the plant's, and tickets edited after the truck has gone. Each is closed by the same discipline: the weight comes from the indicator, the load is checked against the order before the barrier opens, the truck is photographed, and every change is logged.
